From the time of our first meeting it was evident that your knowledge of the building industry was of the highest standard. In addition, it was evident that you had an excellent understanding of what clients' expected in terms of building a quality home and the importance they place on remaining informed and being consulted throughout the entire process. We were very impressed with your professionalism, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to leave 'no stone unturned' to ensure that the best possible result was achieved.
We appreciated the manner in which you and your team continually consulted with us. Nothing was ever a problem. We valued the way the 'Tisdell team' kept us informed on progress and we were impressed with the time and effort you put into providing our on site inspections.
We had expected the building process to be highly stressful. However, this did not prove to be the case. We believe this was largely due to your professional manner and ability to communicate. You and your team are to be congratulated for always being so well organised, reliable and highly professional. We are convinced we made the right choice in selecting Tisdell Constructions as our builder. As a result we are absolutely delighted and extremely proud of the quality of home that has been constructed.
