Dear Gary,

We are writing to let you know how happy we are with the quality of the home that you have built for us. We had an idea of the layout we thought we liked and in discussions with you and others you referred us to, have come up with a house that is a real pleasure to live in.

There are many decisions to be made in the planning of a house and we appreciated your building knowledge as we set about filling in the details. Those hours spent with you and your staff in discussing the alternatives and choosing between various options have all been worthwhile.

We found you very obliging when it came to being able to inspect the progress on the house. We looked forward to our weekly appointment on site with you and appreciated all the other times that you also met us there.

It was obvious to us that you had a good rapport with the tradesmen who worked on the house. You tried to get the best and we think you succeeded. We are very happy with the work they did and the manner in which they interacted with us.

We love living here and were delighted when the excellence of our house was acknowledged by your winning two Housing Industry Awards in respect of it. We saw it was a very appropriate recognition of the fine results achieved by you and all those involved.

We wish you all the very best for the future and expect to see many more Tisdell Homes being built in the years ahead.
